National Day of Prayer Service

The government has designated the first Thursday in May as a special day of prayer for the country. On May 4, at 12:00 noon, there will be a service at the Harford Fire Hall Gazebo that will include prayers, music, etc. and will last about one hour.

Our country is facing many challenges. As President Lincoln said, “A house divided against itself cannot stand”. Your involvement and prayers are crucial to the well being of the country and your family.  God in His word instructs us to pray for those in authority over us. All are welcome to join for an uplifting experience.

There is little seating available so please bring a chair.  In case of inclement weather bring an umbrella or rain gear.

For more information, contact Lillie Thomas at 570-434-2507.
