Garret’s most influential experience is playing basketball because it teaches him hard work, dedication, responsibility, patience and much more. His biggest inspiration is his parents because they supported him through everything that life threw at him. He currently works during summers at a wedding venue called Fiddle Lake Farm. Five things he cannot leave the house without are his wallet, phone, keys, charger and shoes. His advice to the underclassmen is to always work hard, because it pays off in the end.
After high school, Garret plans to attend college. He is leaning towards attending Penn State University Park or going to a Penn State satellite school where he would participate two years there, then the other two years at University Park. Lyndsey’s favorite memory is when Kassi Hall told Mr. Misiura that he was her spirit animal. Her advice to underclassmen is, “Stay positive, high school doesn't last forever. Shaun Anderson

Shaun Andersen was born on November 23rd, 1998 at Barnes-Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna to the proud parents, Robert and JoAnn Andersen. He lived most of his early childhood in Susquehanna, attending kindergarten at the elementary school. He then attended Lathrop Street Elementary in Montrose before moving up to the Montrose Area Jr/Sr High School for his 7th grade year. He moved back to Susquehanna and finished out the remainder of his high school career there.

His favorite memory is when his friend made a joke at lunch while he was taking a drink, causing him to spit milk all over another classmate, who was sitting across from him. His favorite class in high school was Economics with Mr. Mangan. This class was his favorite because it was always eventful and fun. Before leaving in the morning, Andersen makes sure he has the following five things on him: his keys, wallet, phone, charger and headphones. His favorite quote is, “I may not be the biggest, the strongest, or the fastest, but I’ll be damned if I’m not trying my hardest.¨-Anonymous. This is his favorite quote because he feels he can relate to it. Andersen is currently part of the Susquehanna Sabers football team, starting at wide receiver and defensive end.
