Michael Ficarro (Colleen Zwirble) and Judi Ficarro, parents of Stephanie Ficarro, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter to Kevin M. MacDonald, son of Kevin H. MacDonald, Wendy-MacDonald Dudley and Paul Dudley.

Stephanie and Kevin reside in Susquehanna, PA. The couple plan on saying “I do” in August, 2013.

Kevin works as a Motorman at Nomac Drilling and Stephanie is a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.

Hallstead, PA/ On October 1, 2012, the Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. (OTCBB: PFIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share. The dividend, which is a 10.0% increase over the comparable quarter last year is payable November 15, 2012, to shareholders of record October 31, 2012.

Riding Every Stride 4H Horse and Pony Club sponsored "Ride The Trail To A Cure"; it was a huge success. The ride was held at Pie In The Sky Orchard in New Milford township on Sept. 23.

We had 46 riders and Jim Axtell brought his team of draft horses with his carriage. There were 15 participants who rode in the carriage. After the ride we all shared in a chicken bbq by Pecos Bill, ending with BJ's chinese auction, that was also a huge success. Grinning Horse Tack Shop was on sight and gave a portion of their sales for the cause. The club, BJ and Grinning Horse sent checks totalling $2491 to the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition. Thanks to all of you who supported us and made such awesome donations. The 2013 trail ride will take place at Pie In The Sky Orchard and it will be Sept. 22, 2013.
