Marjorie P. Suchnick

Marjorie Suchnick, 82, of the Kime Apartments, Great Bend, PA, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the Wilson Memorial Hospital after an illness.

Marjorie is predeceased by her husband John A. Suchnick and sister Mildred Lamb.

She is survived by her two sons and one daughter-in-law, Timothy J. and Michele Suchnick of Hallstead, PA, and Andrew R. Suchnick of Phoenix, AZ; two granddaughters Brittany Suchnick and Kimberly and Chadd Lambiase; two great granddaughters Mylie and Mikayla Lambiase, also surviving are three brothers Jim & Katy Norton, Dave & Donna Norton, and Robert Norton, three sisters and a brother-in-law; Audrey Stamford, Rita Hurlbut, Ruth and Guy Clift, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marjorie was in charge of the Wednesday Quilt Club at the Susquehanna Library, Susquehanna, PA. She was an avid reader and loved to do needlepoint. Marjorie was a devoted mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave., Susquehanna, with Rev. Lloyd Canfield officiating.

Burial will be in the McKune Cemetery, Oakland, PA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susquehanna Library, Erie Blvd., Susquehanna, PA 18847.

Ann T. Romanofski

Ann T. Romanofski, 60, of Corey St. Honsdale died Saturday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes Barre.

Born in Kingston she is the daughter of the former Theresa (Narpersky) Romanofski-Honesdale and the late Anthony Romanofski.

Surviving in addition to her mother is her Son- Kristhoper Slocum -Lake Como, Daughter- Lisa Slocum- Freeland, Brother -Thomas - Syracuse NY., Grandchildren -Talaya Blanyer and Kristhoper and Anthony Slocum, and 2 Nephews also survive.

Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

McNulty Funeral Home 494 E. Butler Dr. Freeland was in charge of all arrangements.
