Nicole Ransbottom, a 2007 graduate of Susquehanna Community High School, graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BSN on May 7, 2011. Nicole will be returning to the area to work for Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY.

Anthony Dorunda Presents Research

WILKES-BARRE, PA - Anthony N. Dorunda, of New Milford, was one of seven Wilkes University students selected to present their communication studies research at the Eastern Communication Association Convention in Arlington, VA, on April 15-16. The students who attended the convention were accompanied by Mark Stine, a Wilkes University associate professor of communication studies.

Dorunda is a senior majoring in communications studies with a minor in accounting. He and Jacqueline Lukas presented their paper on The Effect of the Mobile Phone on Student-Parent Interaction. He is the son of Christina Dorunda and Chris Phillips.
