County Treasurer Catherine Benedict made it clear to the Susquehanna County Commissioners at the June 23 meeting she wants the legality of the room tax exemption status of the Montrose Bible Conference clarified. "It's not fair," she said. "If I were the other hotel owners in town, I wouldn't like it."
