Christopher Daniel Kane

Christopher Daniel Kane, 41 of Endicott, NY passed away unexpectedly from a cardiac event on November 6, 2014. Chris was born January 28, 1973 to Cynthia Ferry Beavan and Michael Kane. He graduated from Incirlik High School in Turkey. He attended Bloomsburg University, graduating in 1996 with a Bachelor in business and later graduated from Marywood College in 2004 earning a Master’s Degree.

Surviving are his mother, Cynthia Beavan, stepfather Ronald Beavan, father Mike Kane and siblings Charlene Vandermark and husband Ken, Michael Kane Jr. and wife Maria, Amelia Beavan Gannon and husband Rob, Brian Beavan, Lee Beavan and beloved niece Amber Hurlburt as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Chris was an amazing person who touched so many lives with his laughter, generosity and sheer awesomeness. The outpouring of love from so many people is true testament to who Chris was. “GO STEELERS” his anthem. His passing will leave a large void in many lives especially for his mom and friends Austin Andrews and Meredith Bahr, who were his best friends.

Chris leaves a legacy behind. He was a hero in life by helping anyone who needed it and continues to be a hero in death by giving the gift of life through organ donation.

A funeral service was held at Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA, on Monday, November 10, 2014, with Pastor Alex Vosburgh officiating.

Chris would have liked to end this short tribute to his life with his famously endearing question “Did you miss me?” We sure do!
