Air Force Airman Nathaniel K. Chipelo graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Chipelo is the son of Fernando M. and Joanne L. Chipelo of New Milford, Pa.

He is a 2012 graduate of Mountain View High School, Kingsley, Pa.

Richard W. Resseguie has been selected for promotion to the rank of technical sergeant in the Air Force.

Resseguie is currently serving as Aircrew Debriefer with 437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Joint Base Charleston, S.C. He has served in the military for 12 years.

He is a 2001 graduate of Blue Ridge High School, New Milford, Pa.
