Peoples Declares Cash Dividend On October 1, 2013, the Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. (OTCBB: PFIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share. The dividend, which is a 5.0% increase over the comparable quarter last year, is payable November 15, 2013, to shareholders of record October 31, 2013.
