Kenneth J. Folkvard, 59, of New Milford, PA passed away peacefully on August 12, 2012 with his loving family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Theresa.

Ken is also survived by a step daughter, Kathleen Kohler; a brother, Rich and Joan Folkvard; two nieces, Sherry and Vickie; a nephew, Richie; and several extended family members. He was predeceased by his parents, Arnold and Agnes Folkvard.
