Major Announces Lakewood Hours
HARRISBURG - Rep. Sandra Major (R-Susquehanna/Wayne/Wyoming) will be hosting satellite office hours at the Preston Township Building on Crosstown Highway (Route 370) in Lakewood on Thursday, Jan. 12, between 10 a.m. and noon.
“The satellite office is designed to bring constituent services closer to those who live a good distance away from my permanent offices in Tunkhannock and Montrose,” said Major. “I encourage everyone to take advantage of the assistance available.”

Pickett Announces January Office Hours
TOWANDA Rep. Tina Pickett (R-Bradford/Sullivan/Susquehanna) reminds residents of the 110th District that if weather conditions prevent them from contacting her full-time district offices in Sayre and Towanda, they can take advantage of office hours in Lawton and Laporte during Wednesdays in January.
“Anyone who has questions about new state laws taking effect, such as the updates to the teen driver law, or are in need of a wide variety of state forms and applications can stop by or call my satellite offices,” Pickett said. “My goal is to make state services more accessible for people along the Northern Tier.”
In Susquehanna County, staff will be available from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month - Jan. 11 and 25. The office is located on State Route 706 at Flynn’s Consignment Shop in Lawton. The site was formerly Cavallaro’s grocery store. The office can be reached by calling (570) 934-2557.
Likewise, Sullivan County residents can visit Pickett’s satellite office at the Sullivan County Courthouse in Laporte on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 4 and 18. The phone number there is (570) 946-7673.

Senator Yaw To Host Constituent Outreaches
(WILLIAMSPORT) A representative from state Sen. Gene Yaw’s office will be at the Great Bend-Hallstead Public Library on Friday, January 6 from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m. and then at the Susquehanna County Office Annex, 81 Public Avenue, Montrose from 1-2 p.m. to meet with area constituents and respond to questions concerning state government.
Yaw encourages anyone with a state-related inquiry or problem to stop by; no appointments are necessary.
Constituents unable to meet with Yaw’s staff that day may also call the Senator’s toll-free number, 1-800-443-5772, with questions and concerns.
