Continentals Return To Susquehanna

A touring group of The Continentals will be presenting another free musical outdoor concert in the Shops Plaza, Susquehanna, this year on Wednesday, July 4, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in front of the Veterans’ Memorial Board. In case of rain, the event will be inside at the nearby First United Methodist Church of Susquehanna.

The Continentals.

The Continentals are young singers and technicians from across the fifty US States and around the world, who travel to present the Good News of Jesus Christ in song, dance and personal testimony throughout the summer months. This year’s group of twenty-five youths will be featuring the theme, “All Over The World,” a high-energy program for folks of all ages and musical preferences.

Sponsored  locally by the Tri-Boro Ministerium, the outdoor location of the concert enables the audience to bring lawn chairs, sit in the folding seats which are provided, or even drive-in and sit in the back of the crowd in one’s vehicle. The time of day for this special July 4 event allows for earlier family activities and possible travel to one of the later local fireworks displays.

A freewill offering will be received.
