GRACE M. PARRILLO

Grace M. Parrillo, 84, of The Waters Nursing Home in Endicott, NY, formerly of Susquehanna, PA passed away Saturday, April 16, 2005.

She was born in Susquehanna on May 1, 1920, the daughter of the late James and Josephine (Merritt) Maltino.

She was predeceased by her twin brother, Michael Maltino in 1983; two sisters, Mary Tucci, in 1997 and Clara Parrillo, in 1999.

Grace is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Allen Balmer, Endicott; two sisters, Louise Contento, Endicott, Angie Randesi, Endicott; three grandchildren, Jeffrey Allen Balmer, Daniel Joseph Balmer, Kristen Danielle Balmer; five great-grandchildren, Brianna Marie, Kaylee Rose and Joshua Allen Balmer, Kyle Maeland and Megan Christine Balmer; several nieces and nephews.

She was a member of St. John’s Church, Susquehanna.

The funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 19 at St. John’s Church, Susquehanna, where a Mass of Christian Burial was offered. Burial, St. John’s Cemetery, Susquehanna.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Susquehanna Fire Department, Box 175, Susquehanna, PA 18847.

The family wishes to thank the staff at The Waters Nursing Home for all their support and especially Becky and Reece.

Arrangements were made by Hennessey’s Funeral Home, Susquehanna.
