CHRISTMAS CONCERT: United Methodist Community Church hosts Borderline Brass and Friends for a Christmas Concert at 1:15pm. Join us for food and fellowship before the concert with a covered dish potluck following worship at noon. Borderline Brass will perform Christmas Carols before being joined by Friends for a Sing Along. A free will offering of nonperishable food items for Caring Community Food Pantry will be collected.
PAMPERED CHEF BINGO: St. Lawrence Trinity Center, 380 Franklin Street, Great Bend, will be holding a Pampered Chef Bingo on Friday, Nov. 17th. Bingo starts at 6PM sharp. BLACK BEAR WINERY is celebrating their 15th anniversary with an open house, on Sat and Sun, Nov 18 & 19. There will be two new wines released as part of the anniversary celebration, Queen Bee and Blue on Black, and the winemaker will be giving tours of the facility. FREE SUPPORT GROUP to help people cope with the upcoming holiday season after the loss of a loved one will be offered at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Six sessions; Tuesday evenings November 28, 2017 through January 2, 2018 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm in Conference Room #4 on the second floor of Wayne Memorial Hospital, 601 Park Street, Honesdale.

WMH GRAND REOPENING: Bring a non-perishable food item to Wayne Memorial Rehabilitation Services’ grand reopening at 190 Delaware Street on Thursday, December 7th from 4-7pm and Wayne Memorial will match it. The food will go to the Wayne County Food Bank for the holidays. There will also be demonstrations in physical, occupational and speech therapy, such as LSVT Big & Loud for Parkinson’s patients and balance exercises for all ages.
