Theater Under The Stars: Friday and Saturday, August 5th and 6th at 7:30pm. Picnic and Play “Jungle Book” at Whipple Performing Arts Studio Grounds 602 Hunter Highway, Tunkhannock presented by the Wyoming County Player’s Junior Players and Little Hams. Bring Lawn chairs or blankets.

16th Annual Music in The Park: Sunday August 7. at the Clifford Fireman’s Fairgrounds off Rte 106, Clifford, PA. 10;30am Worship service followed by contemporary and traditional Christian music at 11:30am to 5:00pm (rain or shine). St. Lawrence Annual Summer BBQ and Festival Folk Band: Sunday August 7 starting at 11:00am at 380 Franklin St. Great Bend, PA Church Grounds. Chicken dinner, homemade pie sale, hot dogs, burgers, pizza, clam tent with steamed clams, and lots more. There will be a giant water slide, a small pool for babies and small children, face painting & tattoo stand, bounce house, ice cream & root beer floats, cupcakes plus more. Stevens Family Reunion: Sunday, August 7th at 12:30pm at the home of Rich & Fran Valentine, 258 State Rte 2051, Montrose PA. The Annual Stevens Family Reunion, please bring your own table service and a covered dish/dessert to share. Hamburgers, hot dogs, another meat and beverages will be provided. Descendants of Aden, Cyrus, Oliver & Harvey Stevens are welcome to attend. If you are not sure, come anyway and we’ll help you figure it out. SCED Schedules Annual Breakfast

The Susquehanna County Economic Development Board and the Progress Authority cordially invite you to the annual economic development breakfast meeting on Friday, August 26, 2016 at the Summit Inn, New Milford, PA.

Breakfast begins at 8:30am, speaker and awards to follow with guest speaker Denise Brinley, Special Assistant to the Secretary, DCED.
