Senior Center Menu February 15-19

MONDAY: Centers closed for President’s Day.

TUESDAY: Chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat roll, broccoli slaw, potato salad, rice krispie treat.

WEDNESDAY: Roast turkey, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, whole wheat roll, peaches & apricots.

THURSDAY, Beef and bean chili, mixed vegetables, cornbread, hot cinnamon baked apples.

FRIDAY, Crispy baked fish, macaroni and cheese, tossed salad, stewed tomatos, cookie.

County Holstein Club Banquet

The Susquehanna County Holstein Club will hold its annual banquet on February 20, 12:00 noon at the Springville Fire Hall, SR 29 in Springville, PA.  A chicken & biscuit dinner will be served

Guest speaker will be Greg Devine of Sexing Technologies. He will speak on sexing semen: successes and new innovations. Youth members will be recognized for their achievements for the year. A short business meeting will be held and numerous door prizes will be given out.

Anyone interested in the Holstein cow is welcome whether a member or not. RSVP by February 17th to the Penn State Extension at 570-278-1158 or to klg11@psu.edu.
