Eloise Leona McAndrew

Eloise L. McAndrew, 71, of Apalachin, NY, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at the Absolut Center for Nursing Rehabilitation of Endicott, NY.

She was predeceased by her parents, Delmar and Mary Gould Sr.; husband Joseph A. McAndrew; daughter Sharon McAndrew; brother, Delmar Gould Jr.; sister-in-law, Carol Gould; granddaughter, Jacquelyn Ellis; and niece, Cathy Gould.

Eloise is survived by her daughter and son-in-law; Wendy and Tom Sechrist; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Carla McAndrew; grandchildren, Brianna (Sean) Jones, Tonya Ellis, and Joseph (Amber) McAndrew; great-grandchildren Gabriella, Shaine, Cassidy, Levi, and Spencer.

Eloise was a stay at home mother until her children were in high school and then she worked in the Thompson Post Office for 20 plus years until her retirement. She also spent many years as a dispatcher for the Thompson Hose Company. She was an avid gamer. Most important to Eloise was spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her animals, who will all miss her dearly.

Interment was held on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 in the Thompson Cemetery, Thompson, PA.
