Tues., Aug. 12: grilled chicken dinner salad w/broccoli, lentil soup, ww bread, crackers, yogurt sundae.

Wed., Aug. 13: roast pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, ww roll, spiced apples, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Thur., Aug. 14: chicken and sausage bake, brown rice, mixed vegetables, ww roll, seasonal fresh fruit.

Fri., Aug. 15: meatloaf w/gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli & carrots, ww roll, berry fruit crisp.

The Capuchin Sisters of Nazareth, St. Joseph Convent, Jackson, Pa, will offer their 2nd annual retreat at St. Martin of Tours Church in Jackson on October 7, 2014.  There is no charge for this retreat and it is open to both men and women.  You are asked to bring a lunch, which you can eat outside in the fall foliage if the weather cooperates, or in the Church Hall.  More details will come later but mark your calendar now so you will not miss it.
