Donna Marie DeLancey, 69, New Milford, PA, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Wilson Hospital, Johnson City, NY, after a brief illness. She was born on February 19, 1944, in Deposit, NY, to the late Clarence and Marie (Avery) Cobb.

Surviving is her husband of 51 years, Earl S. DeLancey, son and daughter-in-law, Gene and Karin DeLancey, Montrose, PA, granddaughter, Brittany DeLancey, brother and sister-in-law, Clarence “Mickey” and Laurie Cobb, Taylor, PA, four sisters and brothers-in-law, Pat and Jim Morris, Great Bend, PA, Mary and Robert Bonavita, Meshoppen, PA, Debbie and Bernie Kudo, New Milford, PA, Candy Hegedty, Montrose, PA, numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her two sisters, Claudette Pratt, and Cindy Osbourne, a brother, Clifford Cobb.

Donna had worked at the Montrose Hangar factory, Universal, Matco, and Bendix over the years. Donna loved her family, especially her daughter-in-law, Karin; but she truly lived for her granddaughter, Brittany.

A Private Service was held at the families’ convenience. Interment was in the Ararat Cemetery, Thompson, PA. Donations in Donna’s memory can be made to the American Diabetes Assoc., 1701 North Beauregard St., Alexandria, VA 22311.
