On Sunday, January 15, at 4:00 p.m., in observance of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, a pot-luck supper will be held in the social hall of the First Universalist Church, Brooklyn.

Opening the afternoon get-together will be speaker, Tom Meyer of South Gibson. Tom will give a brief presentation on the newly organizing “Susquehanna County Long Term Committee,” sponsored by the Route 11 Ministerium in response to recent flooding.

Bring a favorite dish and some friends.
