ROBYN L. LEONARD

Robyn L. Leonard, age 57, of Thompson, died Friday evening, May 21, 2010, at the VNA Hospice at Community Medical Center, Scranton. Her husband of 17 years is Christopher E. Leonard.

Born December 15, 1952 in Meshoppen, PA, she is the daughter of Donald Donnelly of Binghamton, NY and the late Gladys (Reynolds) Coon.

She was a member of the Thompson Baptist Church. Her greatest joy in life was taking care of her family and also fostered many children.

She is survived by three daughters, Angela Leonard, Christine Compton and Tiara Leonard, all of Thompson, PA; two sons, Sean and Tyler Leonard, both of Thompson, PA; three sisters, Rose Mary Bixby of Lenoxville, PA, Cindy Seman of Lenoxville, PA and Paulette Taylor of Elkton, MD; three brothers, Donald Donnelly, Jr. of Ararat, PA, Joseph Donnelly of Conklin, NY and Willard Donnelly of Lenoxville, PA; three half sisters, Dee Reigles, Debbie Dougher and Lisa Donnelly, all of Binghamton, NY; several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by two half brothers, Timothy and Christopher Donnelly.

A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, May 29, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. from the Thompson Baptist Church, Thompson, celebrated by Rev. John Sandau, pastor, officiating.

Friends may call Tuesday evening, May 25, 2010, from 5-8 p.m. at the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA. Cremation to follow at Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald.
