WILLARD "BILL" PHILLIPS

Willard "Bill" Phillips, 71, passed away October 6, 2009. He was born November 7, 1937 in Susquehanna, PA to Mervington and Ruth Phillips. He was a US Army Veteran.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Betty Phillips; children Nicole Phillips-Ray, Jason Phillips, Cindy Phillips , Elaine Phillips, Billie-Jo Phillips, Dawn Herbert, Tamara McKinney, John Phillips, Michael Phillips; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother Donald Phillips; sisters Joyce Roe and Carole Phillips; preceded by brother Larry Phillips.

A gathering for the family and friends was held on Monday, October 12, 2009 at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ. A memorial service was held on Tuesday at the mortuary.

CHARLES "DAVE" ARMSTRONG JR.

Charles "Dave" Armstrong, Jr., 81, passed away on the morning of October 2, 2009. He left this world to meet his wife of 53 years, Jane Marzette (Herbert) Armstrong in Heaven.

Dave joined the Navy and proudly served in WWII. He was an active member of Northminster Presbyterian Church, belonged to the Masons, AZ Lodge #4 and Pennsylvania Lodge #240 and was involved with Eastern Star. He retired from Shamrock Dairy Farms in 1990.

Dave is lovingly remembered by his two brothers, Ike and Keith Armstrong; two children, daughter, Pam Drake (Dennis) and son, John Armstrong; four granddaughters, Janet Queen (Brian), Margie Davidson (Mark), Jennifer Reeves (Eric), and Rebecca Armstrong; nine great-grandchildren and many friends and loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Beulah (Lowe) Armstrong; sister, Bonnie and wife, Jane.

The Memorial Service was Friday, October 9, 2009 at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Tucson, Arizona.
