JUDITH A. GROOVER

Judith A. Groover, 61, Hallstead, PA, passed away Monday, March 19, 2007 at the Barnes-Kasson Hospital, Susquehanna, PA, after an illness.

She was predeceased by her father, Kenny Conklin, Sr.; one daughter, Robin Butts; one son, Shawn Staerker; two sisters, Carol Hicks and Phyllis Osborn.

Judith is survived by her husband, Louis Groover; mother, Edna (Hicks) Conklin; three sons, Andrew Conklin, Michael Staerker, John Staerker; one daughter, Denage Hubbard; stepdaughter, Luann and Ed Oliva; two brothers, Kenny Conklin, David Conklin; two sisters, Barbara Diaz, Pat Goter; ten grandchildren, Connie Butts, Heather Butts, Raymond Butts III, Amber Butts, Miranda Staerker, Shawnee Soules, Samantha Soules, Natasha Mikles, Cody Staerker, Casey Staerker; two step-grandchildren, Crystal Speer, Brittany Oliva; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Great Bend-Hallstead Ambulance Squad, Great Bend, PA 18821.

ANNA TANCREDI

Anna L. Sellitto Tancredi went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2007. She was born and raised in Susquehanna, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. Sellitto, and lived on Prospect St. She was a member of St. John’s Church. She was married to Anthony Tancredi; their only child is a daughter, Patricia. They moved to Hornell, NY after their marriage. Anna was 83 years old. Many relatives and friends are still in the Susquehanna area.

Memorial donations may be made to the church in Anna’s name.

ANN MAE RIVENBURG

Ann Mae Rivenburg, 61, Thompson, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2007, at home after an illness.

She was born in Susquehanna, PA, the daughter of the late Oscar and Gertrude (Pinky) Buck Shay.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Thomas Shay and Sam Shay; grandparents, Archie and Iva Mae Harding.

She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Leroy D. Rivenburg; two sons, Nathan Shay, Jimmy Bishop; one daughter, Lisa Bibalo; three brothers, Oscar Shay, Fred Buck, Joe Shay; eight grandchildren.

Ann was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed.

The funeral service was held Tuesday, March 27 at Hennessey’s Funeral Home, Susquehanna, with Rev. Jack Sherman officiating. Burial, Ararat Cemetery, Ararat, PA
