Paula Freitag Named To Notre Dame Dean’s List

Paula Freitag, Susquehanna, has been named to the Dean’s List in the University of Notre Dame’s First Year of Studies for outstanding scholarship during the Spring, 2006 semester.

Students who achieve Dean’s List honors at Notre Dame represent the top 30 percent of students in their college.

Susky Elementary Registration Info

The Susquehanna Community Elementary School is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you have moved into the district recently and have not registered your children for school, stop in at the Elementary School Office during those hours. Parents should bring birth certificates, immunization records, and any other pertinent health or educational information to register the student.

If anyone has moved within the district or requires transportation changes, call the school at 853-4921 as soon as possible.

School starts on Monday, August 28. Parents are strongly encouraged to register their children as soon as possible.

Alyssa Jones Named To S U Dean's List

Alyssa Jones, Friendsville, enrolled in the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science at Syracuse University was named to the Deans List for the Spring, 2006 semester. To qualify for the Deans List, students must achieve at least a 3.4 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) during the semester.

Patricia Albrecht Makes Morrisville Dean’s List

Morrisville, NY – Patricia A. Albrecht, Susquehanna, an equine science and management major at Morrisville State College, was named to the Dean’s List for the Spring, 2006 semester. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must achieve an average of 3.0 to 3.99 for the semester and complete at least 12 credit hours.
