Benefits And Rights Booklet For Seniors

HARRISBURG - The latest edition of "Benefits and Rights for Older Pennsylvanians" is now available at Rep. Sandra Major's district offices.

"This free booklet is a valuable resource for senior citizens and individuals who provide care for them," said Major (R-Susquehanna/Wayne/Wyoming).

The free booklet includes updated information about the PACE/PACENET prescription assistance programs, the property tax and rent rebate, home-and community-based services, health care, employment and volunteering information, services available at the state's area agencies on aging and senior centers and scores of other programs.

The 132-page booklet is published jointly by the state Aging and Revenue departments.
