SNM Baptist Church AWANA Holds Closing

Pictured above (l-r) are the girls who received Timothy trophies: Kaitlyn Krug, Allison Hall, Rachel Johnson, Katie Drake. They each completed all four handbooks in the third through sixth grade clubs.

On Sunday evening, May 1, South New Milford Baptist Church held closing ceremonies for the 2004-2005 year of AWANA Truth and Training Club for children in third through sixth grade. It was an enjoyable finish to Friday evenings of games, songs, Bible lessons, and rewards for scripture memorization. The purpose of AWANA is to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. Clubs resume in September, 2005, and run through April, 2006.
