Allentown, PA – Cedar Crest College, Allentown, PA has announced that Jamie Swartwood, Great Bend, PA has qualified for its Spring, 2004 Dean’s List. This academic honor is reserved for students who earn at least a 3.55 grade-point average on a 4-point scale.

Larissa Fallon To Attend American U

Washington, DC – Larissa Fallon, Kingsley, PA, a 2004 graduate of Mountain View High School, will be a member of American University’s Fall freshman class.

Larissa has been awarded a Dean’s Scholarship, given to freshman applicants of above average ability, accomplishments, and potential as demonstrated by high school grades, test scores, and community involvement and service.

Locals Graduate Pennsylvania C of T

Summer Commencement ceremonies were held August 7 at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport for graduates of Pennsylvania College of Technology, a special mission affiliate of The Pennsylvania State University.

August, 2004 graduates from our area are as follows.

Justin L. Tyler, Meshoppen, with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paramedic Technology.

Jason Richard Hawley, Montrose, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration - Banking and Finance Concentration.
