SCPO Kenneth Houman Receives Promotion

Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Kenneth E. Houman, son of Robert S. Houman of Forest City, PA, recently was promoted to his current rank while serving with Commander, Submarine Development Squadron 12, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, Conn.

Houman was promoted based on sustained superior job performance and proficiency in his designated specialty.

Houman is a 1989 graduate of Forest City Regional High School and joined the Navy in June, 1989.
