Lenten schedule at Holy Name of Mary Church, Montrose, is as follows. Beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 25, Mass will be celebrated at 7:00 a.m., 12:10 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. with distribution of ashes.
Stations of the Cross each Friday of Lent at 7:00 p.m., followed by Mass.
Sacrament of Reconciliation, Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, except March 6.
Eucharistic Adoration on the first Fridays, March 5 and April 2 after the 12:10 p.m. Mass until Stations of the Cross at 7:00 p.m., followed by Benediction and Mass with Men of the Sacred Heart.
The Route 11 Corridor Ministerium has announced the annual Community Lenten Service schedule. The joint services will begin on Ash Wednesday, February 25 and continue each Wednesday until March 31. The service begins each week at 7:30 p.m.
The community-wide service is held at a different church each week and features one of the local clergy as preacher, with music provided by choirs from the various churches. Each worship service will include a Childrens Time. A time of fellowship and refreshment will follow each service. An offering for the Route 11 Corridor Ministerium will be received at each service.
