Laura Mroz, 88, of Susquehanna was called home to be with the Lord on June 28, 2016 at Barnes-Kasson Skilled Nursing Facility.  She was reunited with her husband, Joseph V. Mroz Sr. who predeceased her in 2011 and her son, Joseph V. Mroz, Jr. in 1999.

She is survived by three sons, Thomas (Joan) Mroz, Thompson, PA, Terrance (Julie) Mroz, Great Bend Township, PA, and Michael (April) Mroz, Hallstead; seven grandchildren, Jessica, T.J., Nathan, Brian, Justin Mroz, Misti Craver, and Erica Kennedy; thirteen great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; a brother, Arthur Marvin; brothers-in-law, Ray (Rose) Mroz, Forest City, PA, Edward (Theresa) Mroz, McKinney, TX; many nieces and nephews.

Laura loved the outdoors and being at the water, whether it be a creek, river, or lake.  She enjoyed raising four boys with all the trials and joys of life.

The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of Barnes-Kasson SNF for their compassionate care.

A funeral service was held Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc., Hallstead, PA.

Inurnment will be made in the North Jackson Cemetery.
