They had three wonderful children, Marie, Steve, and Bill.

Frank joined the Albuquerque Police Department in January 1965 and served the City of Albuquerque for 23 years. He then worked at the Albuquerque Downs Racetrack as the Security Manager. During his life, his real passion was shown by all the time he spent with the youth of Albuquerque. He coached little league baseball, basketball and Young American football. He was also a Boy Scout leader.
