Thomas Maby

Thomas Maby, a Senior Psychology student at Wilkes University has made Dean’s Lsit with a 3.88 grade point average for the Fall, 2015 semester.

Thomas is the son of the late Gregory Maby and grandson of Mr. & Mrs. James Maby, of Lanesboro.

Amy Overpeck of New Milford, Pa., was one of more than 250 Lebanon Valley College students who played a varsity sport in fall 2015. Amy, a graduate of Pocono Mountain East High School, was a member of Lebanon Valley's women's soccer team. Amy is pursuing a bachelor of science in neuroscience at The Valley.

Lebanon Valley College has announced its Dean's List recipients for the fall 2015 semester. Dean's list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0.

Local students who made the Dean's List include the following.

Amy Overpeck of New Milford, Pa., a graduate of Pocono Mountain East High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in neuroscience at The Valley.

Michael Wakalowski of Harford, Pa., a graduate of Mountain View High School, is pursuing a bachelor of arts in economics at The Valley.

Keith Maitland, of Lenoxville and Tatiana Sangadzhieva, of Montrose were named to the fall 2015 dean's list at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. To earn placement on the dean's list, students must be enrolled full time and earn a semester GPA of 3.5.

The following students are among approximately 480 Bob Jones University students named to the President's List for high academic achievement during the Fall 2015 semester: To qualify for the President's List, students must earn a 3.75 or higher GPA.

Adam Distad, a Senior Engineering major from Montrose, Rachel Longacre, a Senior Piano Pedagogy major from Hallstead.

Meghan Spellman of Montrose, PA qualified for the Fall 2015 Dean's List at Belmont University. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.
