Mon., March 3: chicken and sausage bake, steamed spinach, ww bread, white rice, ambrosia.

Tues., March 4: open faced hot roast beef sandwich w/gravy, butternut squash soup, mashed potatoes, ww bread, berries and yogurt.

Wed., March 5: baked ziti, mixed greens, italian green beans, ww bread, fruit cocktail.

Thurs., March 6: stuffed pepper, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, ww roll, chocolate pudding w/mini marshmallows.

Fri., March 7: fish cake, snap peas, au gratin potatoes, ww roll, rice pudding.

The Rail-Trail Council of Northeastern Pennsylvania will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, February 27th at the Ben-Mar Restaurant, Carbondale.  Dinner is available from the menu at 6 PM with the meeting following at 7 PM. All are welcome.

Discussed will be trail and bridge improvement plans and potential grant applications. A report will be given on the first committee meeting of the 7th annual D&H Distance Run. Winter trails activities continue.  Call the office for details or questions 679-9300.
