Donna M. Page, 80, of Susquehanna, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at the Barnes Kasson Hospital, SNF, Susquehanna, PA.
She was predeceased by her mother Ruth Blackington, and son Daniel Steiner.
Donna is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Robert Page, daughter Debbie Upright, grandson Jason Dubanowitz, brother-in-law Don Page, sisters-in-law; Gladys Ann and Robert Nugent, Joyce and Richard Prochaska, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donna was a hairdresser and owned and operated Donna’s Beauty Shop in Susquehanna for many years. She was a member of the Barnes Kasson Hospital Award Club and Women of the Moose.
Donna loved deer hunting, dancing, swimming in her pool, shopping, adventure and the Powder Puff and Demolition Derby. She also loved using her skills as a hairdresser to do the residents hair of Barnes Kasson Hospital SNF.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3, 2014, at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave., Susquehanna, with Pastor Alex Vosburgh officiating.
Burial will be in the Lanesboro Cemetery, Lanesboro, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Barnes Kasson Hospital, Susquehanna, PA or the Diabetic Foundation.
Erma G. Stein
Erma G. Stein, 90, of Binghamton, NY, formerly of Susquehanna, PA, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at Bridgewater Nursing Home, Binghamton, NY.
She was predeceased by her parents Guy and Zelphia Jane (Benedict) Harrison, her husband Raymond R. Stein, a son Raymond W. Stein and a daughter Angela Stein, a brother James Harrison.
Erma is survived by three daughters; Lorraine Tiffany and Vincent Patrillo, Gloria and John McAndrew, Mary and Tony Patrillo, two sisters Doris Deakin and Ellen Bixby, 7 grandchildren; Renee and Ken Gentle, Billie Goodson, John McAndrew, Jr, Chris and Roseanna McAndrew, Mary and Matt Leonard, Scott Patrillo, Gina and Mike Jenks, 8 great grandchildren, a sister-in-law; Carolina Stein, nieces, nephews, special friend Alicia Bascom and other friends.
Erma touched all those she met with her grace, gentleness and goodness and will be forever revered by her family. Erma devoted her life to her family. Erma lived by her faith and will be remembered by her quiet demeanor and her many acts of kindness.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff at Bridgewater Nursing Home who Erma would refer to as her angles and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospice.
The funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4, 2014, at 2pm, at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave., Susquehanna, with Father David Cramer officiating.
Burial will be in the St. John’s Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA.

Lloyd “Tub” Williams
Lloyd “Tub” O. Williams, 71, of Miller Road, Harford, PA, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2014, at his home after an illness.
Lloyd was predeceased by his parents Harry and Anna (Butler) Williams; four brothers Howard, Wayne, Donald, and Thomas (Bob) Williams; and one sister Gaynella Williams.
He was survived by his loving wife of 36 years Twila (Potter) Williams, Harford, PA; one son and daughter –in-law Wayne and Joanne Williams, Phoenix, Arizona; two brothers and sister-in-laws Harry and Ellen Williams Jr., Clifford Twp. PA, and Edward “Ted” and Mary Williams, Florida; one sister Margaret Allen, Lenox Twp. PA; several nieces and nephews, and two special friends Tom Smith and Barb Darrow.
Lloyd was a self-employed farmer in his early years, and then became a bartender at several local taverns including the Lenox VFW Post #8488, the Moose Lodge #794, American Legion Post #86, and the Great Bend VFW Post #6223. He was also the proprietor of his own bar in New Milford, PA, “Tub’s Place” as well as “Tubby’s Deli” in Hop Bottom, PA. Lloyd was a member of both the Lenox and Great Bend VFW’s. He enjoyed watching sports, playing pool, trivia, and wine country trips. He took pride in both his home and lawn. Tub lived life to the fullest every day and will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at be held at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA, on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at 11am, with Eddy Arnold officiating.
Burial will be held at a later date in the Harford Cemetery, Harford, PA.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, from 5 to 8pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Lung Association.
