The bitter cold weather is here.  If you know of an animal in need of some help to get through the winter perhaps you could offer some assistance.  Many times if we just reach out a helping hand in the true spirit of giving it is accepted gratefully.  Shelter for feral and stray cats, dog houses, hay, bedding, food and fresh water are essentials.  We can all work together to make our community a welcome place for all living things.  We have some very nice long haired cats for adoption.  Fiji is pictured.  She is a spayed adult female and she has been around dogs.  She is friendly and affectionate.  We also have Jonas, Mikey, Spencer and Emmet.  A great Valentine gift would be to donate a heart for $5 to one of our residents.
