Faith Lynn Muzzy, 4, our special daughter, went home to be with the Lord on September 25, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. She is the daughter of Matthew Muzzy and Sierra and Dennis Robinson, Jr.

Faith is survived by her twin sister, Alyssa Muzzy; an older sister, Clarissa Muzzy; soon to be born brother, Jayden Robinson; maternal grandmother, Beatrice Sterling Phelps; maternal grandfather, Richard Sterling; paternal grandmother, Robin Heeman; paternal grandfather, Kevin Muzzy; paternal great grandmother, Patricia Sager; and many aunts, great aunts, uncles, great uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her maternal great grandmothers, Marilla Jayne and Cora Sterling McGeorge; paternal great grandfather, Hank Sager; and an aunt Jayne Sterling.

Our family wishes to express our sincere appreciation to the Caregivers of America and the Janet Weis Children's Hospital, Danville, PA for the exceptional care and support shown to Faith and our family.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Hallstead, PA. Private interment will be made in the South Montrose Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, prior to the service.

Should friends so desire, expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to the family fund set up at People's Neighborhood Bank, P.O. Box A, Hallstead, PA 18822 for assistance with the funeral expenses and medical expenses.
