DORIS MAY NIER

Doris May Nier, 83, of Thompson, PA, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 1, 2011. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Edward Nier in 1992.

She is survived by four daughters, Stacy Nier, Janet and Jim Appel, Carol and Ron Bennett and Diane Stone; one son, Scott and Corina Nier; several nieces and nephews; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great grand children.

Doris was retired from Barnes-Kasson Transportation where she had many friends. She will be missed by all.

A memorial will be held at a later date.

NICOLE THEOBALD

Nicole Theobald, 26 of Great Bend, PA passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. She is the daughter of Joan Theobald and the late Robert Theobald. She was predeceased by her niece, Alyssa Lou Theobald and her cousin Bam Bam Theobald.

She is survived by her children, September Rhayne Andersen and Unique Lee Andersen; the father of her children, David Richard Andersen; a brother, Robert Theobald Jr.; a sister, Lisa Theobald; nephews, Chance and Robert Thomas Marino; a niece, Sara Theobald; and several aunt, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Nicole was formerly of Manahawkin, NJ, moving to Great Bend in 2003. She loved her family and was a great mom, daughter, and aunt. She was always there for every one who needed her.

A funeral service was held Saturday, September 10, 2011 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Hallstead, PA.

Should friends so desire, expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.

LINDA MAE TINGLEY

Linda Mae Tingley, 69, of New Milford, PA, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2011.

Linda was pre-deceased by her husband, Ramon "Bunk" Eugene Tingley September 2010.

Linda is survived by her son Edward and Patty Tingley; 1 granddaughter Dena Mari Tingley of Buckeye, AZ; two step-sons Scott and Christine Tingley of New Milford, PA, Randy and Mary Tingley of New Milford, PA; six step grand children Randy Lynn, Joshua, Courtney, Ryan, Brooke Lyn Tingley, Kristen Henley; two brothers Carl and Sarah Silver of Hallstead, PA, John and Sylivia Silver of Hemet, CA; one brother-in-law Clyde Payne; and many nieces and nephews.

Linda was an elementary school teacher for 26 years. She enjoyed her retirement by reading books, taking pictures of wildlife, watching bull riding, and spending time with her family.

At Linda's request there will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Hallstead, PA.
