Randy Webster, priest associate, St. Paul's Church, has announced that the Susquehanna County Music Festival, announced for August 16 through 21 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 276 Church Street, Montrose, will be rescheduled for performances in October. The rescheduling occurred as a result of illness among the principal soloists and the music director.

St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Jackson has begun a weekly novena to St. Peregrine, the patron saint of cancer victims. St. Peregrine is known as the glorious wonder-worker by those who have invoked his help and prayers. The novena will be held every Wednesday night after the 7:00 p.m. mass. Catholics facing chemo or serious health problems can receive the Sacrament of Anointing following the Novena by calling St. John’s Cluster Office at 853-4634.
