St. Mark’s Receives Generous Donation On April 7 representatives of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in New Milford, PA were presented with a generous donation from Laser Northeast Gathering Company, LLC toward the purchase of a new commercial refrigerator for the church's parish hall. Laser is a "midstream" company in the gas and oil industry; its work focuses on laying pipeline and moving gas. The purchased refrigerator will better enable the church to serve the community through events like the monthly Good News Luncheon. This is a collaborative effort, with several area churches taking turns providing the food. It is held on the 3rd Saturday of every month at the St. Mark's parish hall, and is free to the public. Pictured above are church representatives Jane Zick, Ruth Kowalewski, and Joan Flint, as well as Laser representatives Curtis Stevens, Vice President- Operations, Jay Carter, Area Manager, and Rebecca Fekette, Administrative Assistant.
