ALIEPH F. BRADY

Alieph F. Brady, 82, of Susquehanna, PA, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010, at the Barnes Kasson SNF in Susquehanna, PA, after an illness.

Alieph was predeceased by her loving husband James H. Brady; six brothers Richard, Billy, Frank, Eddie, Donald, and James Donahue; and one granddaughter Theresa Marie Ryder.

She is survived by her two children James and Renee Brady and MaryJane and Michael Ryder; three grandchildren Michael and Rhonda Ryder, Cheri Dininny, and Christen and Jack Beamer; six great grandchildren, Courtney Dininny, Alexis Roe, Allison Ryder, Jarrett Dininny, Carson Beamer and Spencer Beamer; three brothers, Howard and Merwin Donahue, Norman Donahue, and Roger Donahue; two sisters, Dana and Bill Kalmik and Frances Lindsey; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Alieph worked in the kitchen at the Barnes Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna, PA, for several years. After her retirement she enjoyed going to flea markets all over the area and running her own garage sales. Alieph loved her family and her cats and will be deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at 7 p.m., at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 16, 2010, from 4 to 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Barnes Kasson SNF, or the Montrose Humane Society.

A special thanks to Danelle and Alissa as well as the entire staff at the Barnes Kasson SNF, for the excellent care.

CALVIN L. CLAPPER

Calvin L. Clapper, 64, lost his courageous battle with cancer on November 13, 2010 at home. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Patricia.

Also surviving is his son Chad, Georgetown, KY; his children at home, Devin, Austin, Britney, and Cassandra; son, Todd; three sisters, Viola and Dale McConnell, Phyllis and Sam Robison, and Susie and Edward Smith; one brother, Patrick and Carolyn Brown; a brother-in-law, John Morajda; a special niece, Doreen and Jim Valentine; and several extended family members.

Cal served in the United State Marine Corp. He was a retired maintenance person from Endless Mountains Health Systems.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home. Interment will be made in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 11-1, prior to the service.
