Blue Ridge Makes AYP For the first time in a while, the Blue Ridge Schools can claim district-wide Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) in standards-based testing under the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA), the testing program mandated by the Federal No Child Left Behind Act.
