Senior Center Menu January 1 – 5

Monday, January 1: centers closed, New Year’s holiday.

Tuesday, January 2: sweet and sour chicken, long grain brown rice, cooked carrots, wheat bread, cranberry juice, butterscotch pudding.

Wednesday, January 3: pork barbecue, baked beans, cabbage salad, hamburger bun, graham crackers, fruit cocktail.

Thursday, January 4: chicken casserole, pineapple juice, green beans, three- bean salad, dinner roll, cherry pie/cherries.

Friday, January 5: macaroni and cheese, zucchini and tomatoes, honey wheat bread, peach halves.

Senior Center Menu January 8 – 12

Monday January 8: beef stew, biscuit, graham crackers with peanut butter, pineapple.

Tuesday, January 9: goulash, tossed salad, Italian green beans, seeded Italian bread, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday, January 10: breaded cod fish, brown rice, mixed vegetables, honey wheat bread, tropical fruit.

Thursday, January 11: stuffed cabbage roll, egg noodles, California blend vegetables, seeded rye bread, chocolate chip granola bar, fresh apple.

Friday, January 12: Italian marinated chicken breast, macaroni salad, baked beans, whole wheat bread, grape juice, vanilla pudding.
