Senior Center Menu December 11 – 15

Monday, December 11: Sloppy Joe, hamburger bun, scalloped potatoes, corn, chewy granola bar, fresh orange.

Tuesday, December 12: barbecue chicken, mashed potato, cabbage salad, Italian blend vegetables, butter top whole wheat bread, graham crackers, fruit cocktail.

Wednesday, December 13: Salisbury steak with gravy, brown rice, spinach, seeded rye bread, pears.

Thursday, December 14: sliced ham, sweet potato, green peas, honey wheat bread, graham crackers, chocolate pudding.

Friday December 15: breaded chicken cutlet, macaroni salad, mixed vegetables, honey wheat bread, peaches.

Senior Flu Shot Clinics

Flu shot clinics will be offered by Barnes-Kasson Hospital and Endless Mountains Health Systems at the six Senior Community Centers in Susquehanna County. Call one of the locations below to sign up, or call the main office at 278–3277. Bring your Medicare card. If you are allergic to egg products or are exhibiting cold-like symptoms, you will not be vaccinated.
