Oakland Borough Salutes Art Towner

The August 11 meeting of the Oakland Boro Council began a bit informally; council members Dave Dibble, Ron Beavan, Randy Glover, Doug Arthur, Chad Crawford and Jack Agler, mayor Wendy Dudley, secretary Flo Brush and a number of residents, some not usually seen at meetings shared their reminiscences of longtime mayor and council member Art Towner, who had recently passed away.
