Navy Seaman Apprentice Vincent G. Colangelo, son of Marcia and John Brownlow of Friendsville, PA, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.

Vincent is a 2000 graduate of Montrose Area High School.
