Air Force Airman Nathan A. Wheeler has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Nathan is the son of Fred and Penny Wheeler of E. Caribbean Drive, Summerland Key, FL, and nephew of David Palmer of Rural Route 1, Hop Bottom, PA. He is a 2003 graduate of Key West High School, FL.

Pfc. Thomas Pierson Graduates O S U T

Army National Guard Pfc. Thomas M. Pierson has graduated from One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Knox, Ky., which consisted of basic military training and advanced individual training (AIT).

Thomas is the son of Jeanne Pierson of Brackney, PA. In 2001, the soldier graduated from Montrose Junior Senior High School.
