Blue Ridge Elementary students recently participated in their annual holiday school celebration with an afternoon of sharing. The activity is sponsored by the PTO and the Music Department to bring together the school community in order to make a special Christmas dinner happen for the needy in our community. The children gather together bearing gifts of food for festive holiday boxes that the PTO finishes off with the needed fixings for a holiday dinner and delivers to community families. The students look forward to the annual event with the enthusiasm to experience the true meaning of Christmas, the gift of sharing.
