RALPH W. PANNEPACKER Ralph W. Pannepacker, 81, Susquehanna, PA passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2003. He is survived by his beloved wife, Eleanor Shelly Pannepacker, at home; five children, Diane Detweiler, Perkasie, PA, Eric and Amy Hockman Pannepacker, Quakertown, PA, Amy Kernaghan, Quakertown, PA, Abby and Scott Sanborn, Barto, PA, Seven and Sheila Pannepacker, Susquehanna; brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Doris Pannepacker, Telford, PA; four grandchildren, Rachael, Zack, Josh, Shayla; several nieces and nephews. Ralph served in the Army World War II, Ardennes, Central Europe, Rhineland, received the American Service Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal. He belonged to American Legion Post 86, Mason Lodge 360. Ralph was a noted local artist living in Susquehanna 17 years. He won many ribbons and was recognized for his Starrucca Viaduct paintings. At Ralphs request there will be no service. Arrangements entrusted to the Peter P. Savage Funeral Home, New Milford, PA.
