Sgt. Craig Thompson Receives Promotion

Marine Corps Sgt. Craig A. Thompson, son of Ann M. Barnes of Conklin, NY and Rodney J. Thompson of Hallstead, PA, recently was promoted to his current rank while serving with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego.

Thompson was promoted based on sustained superior job performance and proficiency in his designated specialty.

Thompson is a 1999 graduate of Montrose Area High School and joined the Marine Corps in October, 1999.
