A Summer Commencement ceremony was held August 6 at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport for graduates of Pennsylvania College of Technology, a special mission affiliate of The Pennsylvania State University.

Andrea Lee Gardner, Hallstead, graduated with a Associate of Applied Science Degree in Heavy Construction Equipment Technology – Operator Emphasis.
